FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention concerns oncological area of medicine (along with genetic engineering and biochemistry) and methods of obtaining magnetosensitive liposome systems of medication delivery with controlled release. Method of obtaining magnetosensitive liposomes carrying medication involves dissolution of phospholipids in chloroform, addition of magnetic effect carrier and ultrasonic processing. Badger's fat is used as phospholipid source, ferromagnetic metal nanopowder with 2-5 nm particle size, obtained by gas phase method, is used as magnetic effect carrier and coated with carbon shell, and liposome system is sterilised in betatron chamber. n EFFECT: novel method of magnetosensitive liposome obtainment. n 2 ex, 4 dwg |
