titleOfInvention Method of treatment of malunions of long tubular bones with angular deformation
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to medicine, namely, to orthopedics and is intended for treatment of malunions of long bones with angular deformation. On the top of the angular deformation multiple, radially located in the same plane bone channels are made with a Kirshner pin from the piercing of the skin, soft tissues and one of the cortical walls of the bone by changing direction of drilling with the pin inside the external cortical bone. Thereat perforation channels go through the first piercing perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the central fragment, perforating both cortical layers of the bone. Single-step closed osteoclasis and correction of the angular dislocation with further application of plaster bandage is performed through the made channels. n EFFECT: elimination of the anatomical and cosmetic defects of the deformed fragment, reduced traumatism, prevention of post-surgical complications, shortened duration of treatment. n 3 dwg, 1 ex
