abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to medicine, namely, to gynecology and may be used for prediction of outcomes of infertility treatment by extracorporal impregnation method. Ultrasound-guided transvaginal puncture of follicles is conducted with consecutive analyses of the aspirated follicular fluid. Thereat follicular fluid is analysed by standard method - chemifluorescent analyses. Free radical activity of samples is detected; and prognosis of pregnancy development is made according to the values of general antioxidant activity. Unfavourable prognosis is made with general antioxidant values 0.05 and higher; and with general antioxidant values below 0.05 favourable prognosis is made - probability of pregnancy development is more than 50%. n EFFECT: method is characterised by high sensitivity, and makes it possible to shorten duration and make prediction of the outcomes of infertility treatment by extracorporal impregnation method more cost-effective. n 1 tbl, 2 ex
