FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns food-processing industry and can be used for manufacturing of fish and vegetable cutlets. Cutlets contain boiled fish fillet, that is deskinned and bones free, bread crumbs, vegetable component, butter and natrium chloride.
