abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, and concerns nicotine-containing preparations with prolonged stimulatory action, used in withdrawal from smoking. Copolymer dissolved in ethanol in amount 10-18 wt % of 100 wt % total in a preparation is prepared. Cetyl alcohol is consistently introduced in prepared ethanol solution at 25-60°C with constant stirring at 25-60°C with 40-70 wt % ethanol of 100 wt % of total in a preparation. The produced mixture is settled without stirring. Cellulose derivative, isopropyl myristate, melted stearic acid, colloidal silicon dioxide and propylene glycol are consistently introduced.
