abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, and concerns nicotine-containing preparations with prolonged stimulatory action, used in withdrawal from smoking. Copolymer dissolved in ethanol in amount 10-18 wt % of 100 wt % total in a preparation is prepared. Cetyl alcohol is consistently introduced in prepared ethanol solution at 25-60°C with constant stirring at 25-60°C with 40-70 wt % ethanol of 100 wt % of total in a preparation. The produced mixture is settled without stirring. Cellulose derivative, isopropyl myristate, melted stearic acid, colloidal silicon dioxide and propylene glycol are consistently introduced. The prepared mixture is stirred, added to nicotine solution in residual ethanol amount. n EFFECT: prepared preparation is characterised with improved characteristics, enabling to simplify dosage of drug product. n 3 cl, 1 tbl
