titleOfInvention | Application of antifriction coat on metal parts |
abstract | FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to application of antifriction coats on metal surfaces of kinetic friction assemblies and can be used for making said coats on gun projectiles in calibre approximating from 12.7 mm. Proposed method comprises bonderising of particles, application of composition including molybdenum disulfide, butyral resin and organic solvent and coat drying. Note here that used is molybdenum disulfide modified by epilam at weight ratio 1:(2-3) while ethyl alcohol makes said organic solvent at the following ratio of components in wt %: molybdenum disulfide modified by epilam - 20.0-25.0, butyral resin - 3.0-10.0, ethyl alcohol making the rest. Produced coat is dried for 20-60 minutes at 15-35°C.EFFECT: better tribotechnical properties, decreased toxicity in production.1 tbl, 1 dwg, 5 ex |
