titleOfInvention Method for fuorescent diagnostics of cornea injuries
abstract FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. n SUBSTANCE: dose of 1 to 2 mg/ml octacation zinc phthalocyanine mixture with gel stuff is injected into conjunctival cavity. Then lesion zone is exposed to laser radiation of wavelength 675 nm and power density 20 mW/cm 2 . Videofluorescent image obtained is registered, spots of interest being chosen. Whereupon spectroscopy is conducted, and degree of injury is assessed in each point, basing on fluorescence intensity in this point. n EFFECT: method allows visualisation of whole injury zone and quantitative judgment of injury, with possibility of abnormal changes degree and nature gradation in the cornea. n 2 dwg, 1 ex
