titleOfInvention Method of forecasting fast progression of disease in patients suffering from chronic hepatitis c
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medicine and the method of forecasting fast progression of disease in patients suffering from chronic hepatitis C. The method involves analysing the body mass index, quantitative analysis of content of lymphocytes in the blood, expressing markers CD3/CD25+-, CD3/CD95+- and CB118+- of lymphocytes, determination of concentration of insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) in the blood as well as the transforming growth factor (TGF-lb), HCV genotype and HLA-system antigens. Based on the obtained data, the total index is calculated using a computer, the value from which the progress of the disease is forecast. n EFFECT: more accurate individual forecast of fast progression of chronic hepatitis C. n 4 tbl, 1 ex
