titleOfInvention Method of monitoring effectiveness of treating chronic mycobacteriosis
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medicine, more specifically to laboratory research methods. The method of monitoring effectiveness of treating chronic mycobacteriosis is implemented through microscopic examination of the morphologic picture of the above mentioned samples of blood serum before and during treatment. For this purpose, comparative analysis is done of the reference sample of native blood serum and the test sample of blood serum, subjected to effects of electromagnetic field for the presence of pathologic elements: plaque and/or protein bands and/or tongue and/or sheet-like structures. An increase of pathologic elements in the test sample compared to the reference sample indicates ineffectiveness of treatment of chronic mycobacteriosis, while a reduction indicates the opposite. Use of the proposed method increases sensitivity of the method of monitoring effectiveness of treating chronic mycobacteriosis. n EFFECT: increased sensitivity of the method of monitoring effectiveness of treating chronic mycobacteriosis. n 4 ex, 4 dwg
