abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: for separating carboxypeptidase B from pig pancreas extraction, precipitation by ammonium sulphate and purification are carried out in buffer solutions, which contain 0.001-0.005 M of zinc chloride. Purification is carried out by double chromatography on Q-sepharose, and during chromatography process elution of 0.07-0.08 M NaCl in 0.005 M tris HCI buffer, pH 7.6, is used. n EFFECT: invention ensures simplification of method of carboxypeptidase B obtaining preserving high specific activity of final medication and carboxypeptidase B stability. n 5 ex
