abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: prediction procedure of pathologic haemorrhage in puerperium and forth stage of labour proceeds from venous blood analysis for endothelin-1 (E1) in mol/ml and first void urine examination for prostacyclin (Pr) pkg/ml. Derived prostacyclin values are plugged into prediction formula: K=0.520+0.001×Pr, where K is a predictive index.
