abstract | FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to area of continuous casting. Facility is provided for regulation of bearing roller system of continuous casting machine, particularly steel materials. Bearing roller system contains several following one by one rolling segment with regulated relative to each other bottom frames and top frames and pair sleeve blocks. Measuring data are distributed measured and treated by field tools, ensured by which it is simplified army cabling. Field tools are located on stationary frame of department or on roller segments or nearby roller segment and its measuring signals are treated and saved by means of shaft governor and transferred into allowing programmed memory of control device through the module of field bus. ^ EFFECT: improvement of regulation. ^ 6 cl, 3 dwg |
