abstract | FIELD: construction. n SUBSTANCE: carbon-bearing mass includes fire-resistant granular filler, graphite, carbon-bearing solid and liquid components with high carbon residue, antioxidant additives. According to invention antioxidant additives used in fire-resistant mass are aluminium and multiphase ingredient of the following phase composition, wt %: Al 2 OC 37.0-45.0, Al 8 B 4 C 7 20.0-28.0, Al 4 O 4 C 15.0-22.0, Al 2 O 3 4.0-12.0, Al 4 C 3 1.0-11.0 at the following ratio of fire-resistant mass components, wt %: multiphase ingredient 0.25-5.0, graphite 4.0-20.0, antioxidant additive from Al 1.0-3.0, solid carbon-bearing component 1.0-4.7, liquid carbon-bearing component 0.8-1.5, fire-resistant granular filler - the rest to 100. Multiphase ingredient is introduced in the form of finely dispersed powder with particle size of not more than 60 mcm, which has been produced by crushing and grinding of mixture baked at the temperature of 1150-1450°C in neutral argon medium and consisting of boron oxide B 2 O 3 , graphite C and aluminium Al, taken in ratio of B 2 O 3 :C:Al equal to 1:(2.0-3.5):(5.0-6.0). n EFFECT: production of carbon-bearing mass for manufacture of products with improved physical-technical and operational properties, reduction of their cost, prolongation of accident-free service life of brickwork. n 2 cl, 24 ex, 5 tbl |
