abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: device contains body and cannula-irrigator (CI). In body through cylindrical cavity is made. From one side to body hermetically attached is CI, whose hole is connected with cylindrical cavity of body. On the opposite side of body, in cylindrical cavity, cylindrical piston is hermetically placed, forming compression chamber between anterior piston surface and place of CI fixation. From side of posterior piston surface impact device with striker is placed. Piston and striker are placed coaxially with body cylindrical cavity and each other with possibility of their axial travel. System of liquid supply to compression chamber is attached to body through reach-through hole in it by means of valve with gate. From compression chamber side, rod rests against gate. Gate centre is superposed with rod centre, rod axis is perpendicular to gate plane; rod is placed with possibility of axial travel. n EFFECT: increase of device operation efficiency, ensuring patient and operator safety, convenience of operator work. |
