abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to onco-hematology. Prediction method is proposed for lymphoma clinical course severity and treatment efficiency: prior to treatment, proinflammatory cytokines interleukins IL-1β and IL-6 levels in blood serum are determined, and relative part of lymphoid tumour cells, bearing surface receptors to cytokines IL-1β and IL-6, are determined in marrow smears. Subject to IL-1β level and relative part of lymphoid tumour cells, bearing receptors to cytokines IL-1β and IL-6, conclusion of favourable or unfavourable prognosis is made.
