abstract | FIELD: medicine; orthopedy and traumatology. n SUBSTANCE: after mechanical clearing a cortical bone is sawn on plates of the necessary size, processed with 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide in an ultrasonic bath at temperature of 30°C with double change of a solution within 10-20 hours, wash out in flowing water, process with 6M solution of urea within 18 hours, fivefold wash out water, degrease and simultaneously dehydrate in an admixture ethanol:chloroform in the ratio 1:1 within 8 hours, then twice wash out in 96% ethanol at the rate on 1 g of tissues of 10-15 ml of ethanol, finally dry in the special container at pressure 60-80 torr within 2 hours, pack into a double plastic package and sterilise using a stream of fast electrons with dose of 18-25 skin potential reflex. n EFFECT: high mechanical properties close to a native osteal tissue, possibility of use for replacement of extensive osteal defects, can be a basis for other products of medical appointment. n 2 ex |
