Thermometer contains pulse power supply generator serially connected to laser emitter, receiving optical laser emission system serially connected to second radiation detector, amplifying converter and data processing unit, containing two code translators with inputs connected to proper analog-to-digital converters, measurement recording system with first data input connected to output of first code translator, and second data input connected to output of second analog-to-digital converter.
