abstract FIELD: explosive works; pyrotechnics. n SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing of pyrotechnic elements for firework and an signal charges includes loading of components in the amalgamator, their mixing, formation of a channel cord by pressing from the weight received after mixing and cutting of the cord on elements. Load a crumb pyroxiline powder into the amalgamator, fill in half of dose of the mix of ethyl spirit with ethyl ether and the solution of dibutyl phthalate in alcohol and mix. Then load an oxidiser in layers, metal fuel, colour-forming component and fill in second half of dose of a mix of ethyl spirit with ethyl ether. Perform mixing of components within 30-35 minutes at temperature of 20-30°C. Incubate the formed channel cord at temperature of 20-30°C within 15 minutes. The cord elements obtained after cutting of a channel, dry in two stages: at temperature of 20-30°C within 24-48 hours to the content of flying components - 18 wt %, then at temperature 50-60°C within 48-72 hours to the content of volatile components - 2-4 wt %. n EFFECT: prevention from jamming at cord cutting on elements and obtaining of qualitative colour-flame firework and signal charges. n 1 ex
