titleOfInvention | Synthetic fiber, method for production, cement product containing fiber, and method for obtaining cement product |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention concerns double-component synthetic fiber fit for spatial reinforcement of cement products. Synthetic fiber is a double-component fiber of core/shell type with surface shell tension over 45 mN/m. Core component is a complex polyether or copolyether with elastic constant over 8000 MPa and relative breaking extension under 20%. Shell component is a polyolefin resistant in media with pH over 11. Double-component fiber is obtained by shell and core components forming into double-component composition with the help of spinneret. Primary yarn drafting, thermal stabilisation, drying and cutting are performed. Before melting one or more hydrophilic substance and/or surfactant are introduced to shell component. Synthetic fiber dispersion is used to prepare cement product based on concrete mix or mortar, or cement paste. n EFFECT: reduced shrinkage fissure level, eliminated low tension durability and brittle failure due to spatial reinforcement of cement product by fiber. n 26 cl, 11 ex, 7 tbl |
