titleOfInvention Method for minerals heap leaching at negative temperature
abstract FIELD: metallurgy. n SUBSTANCE: invention concerns hydrometallurgy of nonferrous metals. Particularly it concerns copper, reprocessing of base, sludge, dumps, including containing metals sulfide and can be used for receiving metals by means of heap leaching of minerals at negative temperature. Technical effect of invention usage is application of heap leaching process in permafrost conditions for a full year, increasing of calendar time of heap leaching implementation, extraction increasing of metals from minerals, decreasing of extraction time of useful elements from minerals by heap leaching. Method of minerals containing metal sulfides heap leaching at negative temperature includes leaching of crushed and minced till size not less than 3 mm of minerals, piled up on impervious bed, by water solution of sulfuric acid by concentration of more than 1.5 g/dm 3 , containing ions of ferric iron with concentration more then 3 g/dm 3 and anti- clear ice reagents. After leaching it is implemented collecting and sedimentation of outflowing from pile productive solution. Then it is implemented oxidation of ferrous iron ions in productive solution, metals extraction and solution return to minerals leaching. n EFFECT: application of heap leaching process in permafrost conditions for a full year, increasing of calendar time of heap leaching implementation, extraction increasing of metals from minerals, decreasing of extraction time of useful elements from minerals by heap leaching. n 15 cl, 2 ex
