FIELD: medicine, microbiology. n SUBSTANCE: invention concerns biotechnology, in particular genetic engineering. The recombinant plasmid pT7ApckA::loxpcat is designed by cloning of an incomplete pckA-gene in pT7B1ie-vector. The plasmid contains a fragment of a pckA-gene which includes a gene steady against Chloramfenicolum and loxP-sites.
