abstract FIELD: electricity. n SUBSTANCE: ozone generator contains at least one external tubular electrode 4, at least one internal electrode 7, at that every internal electrode is formed by multiple metal tubular elements 8, which are closed at least partially in each end and having ceramic coating from the outside. Tubular elements 8 are installed subsequently one after the other, isolated mechanically and connected electrically by rod 11, which passes along their axis and is equipped in the ends with facilities 12, 13 for axial contraction of these tubular segments to each other. Every metal tubular element 8 in every end is equipped with convex bottom part 8a, 8b substantially shaped as spherical dome, which contains central zone 18 for electric contact. Ceramic coating 9 contains at least two serially applied layers 9a, 9b. n EFFECT: increase of resistance in relation to mechanical and electric loads and reduction of danger of ceramic coating cracking. n 12 cl, 8 dwg
