abstract | FIELD: medicine; veterinary. n SUBSTANCE: method of improvement of anesthesia recovery quality by means of decrease of excessive vocalization, senseless movement and ataxia or their combination consists of administration to an animal of therapeutically effective compound of the formula and , where R 2 is selected from the group consisting from methyl, ethyl, isopropyl, sec-butyl and tert-butyl. The pharmaceutical composition of the same purpose contains therapeutically effective quantity of the compound of the formula (I) or (1a), sulphobutyl ester β-cyclodextrin, preservative agent - m-cresol, and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and diluent. The invention refers also to use of the specified compounds in the drug production for improvement of anesthesia recovery quality by means of decrease of excessive vocalisation, senseless movement and ataxia or their combination. n EFFECT: decrease of vocalisation and risk of injury because of senseless movements or ataxia during anesthesia recovery in animals. n 8 cl, 2 tbl |
