abstract FIELD: chemistry, process technology. n SUBSTANCE: material for covering or sealing is described that is reactive hardened without solvent use and evaporation, and with maximum 15 wt % of water evaporation, comprising of at least two ingredients; first ingredient (A) contains 1) 60-70% bitumen mixture with water - 50-100 wt %, 2) synthetic latex or natural latex, polyvinylacetate or acrylate emulsion, paraffin or wax - 0-50 wt %, and 3) viscosity regulator, thixotropic additive, and adhesion improving additive - 0-10 wt %; second ingredient (B) contains 1) filler - 20-50 wt %, 2) plasticizing non-volatile oil - 40-80 wt %, and 3) viscosity regulator, dispersant, and adjuvant for oil phase - 0-10 wt %; first ingredient to second ingredient proportion being from 100:10 to 100:50 by weight. The coating material may be employed in any attitude waterproof covering of surfaces and/or joints and cracks sealing.
