abstract FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared. Beef is cut, dredged in corn meal and fried in vegetable oil. Spinage and bunching onion are cut and frozen. Ginger is grated and sauteed in vegetable oil. Garlic is minced and sauteed in vegetable oil. The above components are mixed without oxygen access with shrimp paste, starch, rice wine, fish oil, soya sauce, bone broth and sodium glutamate. The obtained mix and vegetable oil are packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised. n EFFECT: production of canned food with high digestibility.
