abstract FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing canned snacks. The method involves boiling, shelling and cutting chicken eggs, cutting and blanching apples, cucumbers, onion and tomatoes, cutting and freezing lettuce and parsley, cutting skinned smoked cod fillet. The above components are mixed without oxygen access with acetic acid, table salt, calcium acetate and black pepper. The obtained mix and vegetable oil are packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised. n EFFECT: production of canned food with high digestibility.
