titleOfInvention Method of dysplasminogenemia diagnostics
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, specifically blood testing and can be used for dysplasminogenemia detection. Method of dysplasminogenemia diagnostics consists as follows. The first and second test tubes are added with check plasma samples. The third and fourth test tubes are added with analysed plasma. The first and third test tubes are added with solution of streptokinase activity 125000 ME/ml. The second and fourth test tubes are added with solution of streptokinase activity 5000 ME/ml. Produced mixtures are incubated during 15 min, added with chromogenic substratum, to evaluated absorption of all produced mixes after two-minute incubation and calculate normalised ratio. If normalised ratio value exceeds 1.32, dysplasminogenemia is diagnosed. Declared invention provides simplification of diagnostics method and increase of its efficiency due to quantitative evaluation of plasminogen incompetence. n EFFECT: simplification of diagnostics method and increase of its efficiency. n 1 ex, 2 tbl, 1 dwg
