abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely, to obstetrics and gynecology, oncogynecology, and can be used for diagnostics of endometrium pathology in patients with hysteromyoma. Method consists in that in supernatant washing from uterus cavity content of protein carbonyl groups is determined. If its value ranges from 0.91 to 2.0 nmol/mg, normal structure of endometrium in patients with hysteromyoma is diagnosed. If its value ranges from 5.0 to 15 nmol/mg hyperplasia of endometrium in patients with hysteromyoma is diagnosed. If its value is more than 15 nmol/mg, endometrium cancer in patients with hysteromyoma is diagnosed. n EFFECT: possibility to evaluate pathological processes in endometrium at pre-clinical stage, in short terms, on small volumes of biological fluids. n 10 ex
