titleOfInvention Method of locomotive stumps formation at devisceration
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oculistics and can be used in ophthalmosurgery for prosthetic repair. Cornea is completely cut off along limb periphery edge. Sclera is cut in intermuscular spaces to 3-4 mm. Posterior pole of sclera is exsected and the orifices are cut down. Hereupon, 4 orifices are made in sclera in inremuscular spaces. Vascular histonic peduncles are exposed from Tenon's capsule near each of these orifices. The half of the porous implant is placed on the bottom of scleral capsule, then vascular peduncles are brought through perforated orifices and stitched in a criss-cross manner, and the second half of the implant is placed on the top. Hereafter, upper and lower flaps of sclera are stitched, lateral and medial flaps are cut till approximation of edges. They are sewed to upper and lower flaps forming the stump in the shape of a roller. n EFFECT: improvement of implant acceptance after eye's devisceration. n 2 ex
