Method of granulocytopenia-stimulating effect evaluation for pharmacological substances |
abstract |
FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention concerns experimental medicine, particularly hematology and pharmacology. The claimed method involves registration of absolute quantity of hematosis granulocyte shoot cells - neutrophils - in peripheral blood of experimental animals (mice) after hematosis hypoplasia emulation by a single administration of cytostatic agent in maximum endurable dose (MED) (cyclophosphane or 5-fluorouracil) before and after administration of a substance under test. Reliable criterion of granulocytopenia-stimulating effect of administrated pharmacological substance is increase in neutrophil quantity by 150% or more. n EFFECT: simplification of definition method for granulocytopenia-stimulating effect of pharmacological substances and extension of its applicability. n 3 ex, 3 tbl |
