titleOfInvention Production line for growing pleurotus mushrooms, method for growing pleurotus mushrooms and support medium for growing thereof
abstract FIELD: agriculture. n SUBSTANCE: production line contains the following sections in the form of premises located in technological order: at least, one section for pounding support medium components, for mycelium storage, for producing mushroom blocks, for germinating the mushroom house and for growing mushrooms. Sections for producing mushroom blocks and germinating the mushroom house are located in the same premise. The mycelium storage includes refrigeration compartment with the mushroom production storage section. The section for growing mushrooms includes shelves for placing not more than two mushroom blocks spaced 15-40 cm apart and laid out in rows with height not exceeding three tiers. Spacing between neighboring shelves is no less than 70 cm, thereat working temperature of the compartment for growing mushrooms being maintained at the level of +7 - +18°C. The method includes preparation and treatment of lignocellulose waste products, application of mycelium, formation of mushroom blocks using polymeric bags, germination of the mushroom house and growing the mushrooms. Recesses for creation primordiums are made from one side of the bag and, with at least, two drainage holes made its bottom part. Mycelium is applied in the quantity of 150-350 g per 9-11 kilograms of the support medium for each mushroom block. The mushroom blocks are placed with recesses to the outside, using shelves spaced 15-40 cm apart, two mushroom blocks per shelf, laid out in rows with height not exceeding three tiers. Spacing between neighboring shelves should be no less than 70 cm. The support medium contains lignocellulose waste products and brewer pellet. Additionally, the said support may contain plaster and magnesium enriched caustic lime. Winter cereals straw and buckwheat peeling are used as lignocellulose waste products in the following proportion, mass %: winter cereals straw - 58-61, buckwheat peeling - 29-31, magnesium enriched caustic lime - 2.5-3.5, plaster - 0.4-0.6, brewer pellet - the remaining part. n EFFECT: reduced cost of mushrooms production, increased quality and production output. n 12 cl, 1 dwg
