abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oral surgery and can be used for treatment of lower jaw factures and adentia. Blind canal is created in direction from lost tooth towards the line of fracture with entry into the other jaw fragment. Pin made of titanium nickelide is inserted into the canal with end that has sharpened cone form with screw. The other end of the pin, which has site skew at angle 110-120°, with through hole mode in its centre, is placed so that the site is in the place of the lost tooth and takes up horizontal position. Implant is inserted into through hole of the site. n EFFECT: obtaining reliable osteosynthesis, creation of conditions for restoration of chewing function when treating jaw fractures. n 1 ex, 3 dwg |
