titleOfInvention | Method of obtaining isoprene |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of obtaining isoprene from isobutylene or isobutylene containing hydrocarbons and/or trimethyl-carbinol, and formaldehyde, also it is carried out in at least two reaction zones at elevated temperatures and pressure in the presence of an acidic catalyst, which includes a derivative of phosphonic acid, and that is characterised by the fact that the temperature in the first reaction zone is 80-100°C, the molar ratio of formaldehyde to isobutylene and/or trimethyl-carbinol is 1:3÷5, and a catalyst used is the catalyst which has a mineral and/or organic acid base, which in addition contains the bonds tetramethylpiperidine with the general formula: , where R 1 -O or H; R 2 -H, or O, or OH, or the mixture of such bonds with a mass ratio of the mineral and/or organic acids, derivative of phosphonic acid and the bond of tetramethylpiperidine of a mixture of such bonds composing 1:0,01÷0,2:0,01÷0,2. n EFFECT: reduced formation of resin and by-products; increased yield of isoprene. n 2 cl, 8 ex |
