abstract | FIELD: food products. n SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as universal enriching agent with useful and live bacteria which benefit human stomach microbiocenosis and prevent different diseases when a person consumes instant products with long storage time. Composition for enrichment of consumable products with long storage time contains probiotic strains Enterococcus faecium L-3, Lactobacillus casei subsp. casei "ВКПМ В-8816" (Russian National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms), Bifidobacterium bifidum "ВКПМ АС - 1248", from lactic streptococci - Lactococcus lactis subsp. Cremoris. Dry biomass content of each of mentioned strains accounts for 5-15 mass%, and base of consumable product - cereal flakes - accounts for 85-95 mass%. Composition manufacturing involves adding grown biomass of probiotic strains to consumable product base and additional incubating directly on the consumable product base during 24-48 hours. The obtained biomass is dried down to humidity of 8-12% at most. The invention ensures maximum content of live bacteria survived when poured with hot water and benefiting human organism.
