FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: description is given of compounds with formula (I) in which A and B represent -(CH 2 ) m - and -(CH 2 ) n - groups respectively; R 1 represents hydrogen or C 1-6 alkyl; R 2 represents hydrogen, C 1-6 alkyl, C 1-6 alkoxy, -S-C 1-6 alkyl, -(CH 2 ) p NR 5 R 6 optionally substituted aryl, heteroaryl or optionally substituted heterocyclyl; R 3 represents optionally substituted aryl or optionally substituted heteroaryl; R 4 represents hydrogen, C 1-6 alkyl or halogen; R 5 and R 6 each independently represents hydrogen or C 1-6 akyl; Z represents -(CH 2 ) r X-, in which the -(CH 2 ) r - group is bonded to R 3 radical, or -X(CH 2 ) r -, in which X is bonded to R 3 radical; X represents oxygen, -NR 7 group or -CH 2 - group; R 7 represents hydrogen or C 1-6 alkyl; m and n independently represent an integer, chosen from 1 and 2; p represents 0; r independently represents an integer, chosen from 0 and 1. The invention also relates to use of the given compounds in therapy, in particular, as antipsychotic agents. The result is achieved when using serotonin receptors 5-HT 2c , 5-HT 2A and 5-HT 6 . n EFFECT: given compounds have antagonist affinity to serotonin receptors. n 12 cl, 9 tbl, 265 ex |
