titleOfInvention Method of biological preparation produced for restoration of oil-polluted water reservoirs
abstract FIELD: bioengineering. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to bioengineering specifically to microbiological bio-restoration of oil-polluted open water area, inland waters or coastline. Method of biological preparation production includes mixed natural carrier - zeolite with open pores of cross-section dimension 1 mcm and mineral salts and glucose followed adding to liquid culture of water area released hydrocarbon-oxidising bacteria association produced with bioengineering methods. At first water released hydrocarbon-oxidising bacteria association are cultivated in appropriate liquid nutritional medium, and then this culture of water area released hydrocarbon-oxidising bacteria association produced with bioengineering methods is immobilised on prepared carrier and dried out. Before usage finished biological preparation is applied to appropriate oil sorbent. n EFFECT: increased efficiency of natural water decontamination of oil and oil products. n 5 cl
