abstract FIELD: engines and pumps. n SUBSTANCE: mould contains a die with a set of the recesses intended for softened chocolate and a cooled punch. The punch has a set of ledges to mate corresponding recesses of the die. Ledges of the punch are blown over with dried air coming out towards the ledges from, at least, one air distributor.
