titleOfInvention Method of surgical approach to mandibular canal
abstract FIELD: medicine; oral surgery. n SUBSTANCE: bone is sawed up with ultrasonic apparatus angularly 45°, at three-dimensional frequency 24-29 KHz. Bone cavity is treated through 0.05% miramystin solution within 5 minutes by waveguide "Optodan" with semiconductor laser diode generating pulsed light with wave length 0.85-0.98 mcm and pulse intensity 2-4 Wt, pulse duration 40-100 ns, pulse frequency 1.5-2.0 kHz, magnetic field intensity35 mTl. Wound of oral cavity is isolated with film "Dyplene-denta" and metropydasol. n EFFECT: enables to reduce surgical loss of bone tissue; remove irritation of neurovascular beam. n 4 ex, 1 dwg
