abstract | FIELD: transportation. n SUBSTANCE: on board the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) controlled is installed that is connected with observation equipment, autopilot system and first transmit-receive module. UAV is also supplied with propulsion device and steering linkage connected to the corresponding controller output. Aerodynamic controller is connected to the steering linkage output. The system is also supplied with ground-based worn or transported information-processing and control devices with a second transmit-receive module, data processing and display block and control module. The second transmit-receive module is designed so that it is able to share information via radio with the first transmit-receive module. Data processing and display block input is connected to the output of the second transmit-receive module. The first output of the control module is connected to the input of the second transmit-receive module. Control module is designed so that it can form the on/off instructions at its first output for the propulsion device in order to switch the UAV into the airplane mode or into the kite mode during the flight in the given conditions, when there is or there is no wind. In order to operate in the second of the mentioned modes the additionally system comprises pulling hoist with hand rope. The control input of the pulling hoist is connected to the second output of the control mode, the hand rope is reeled on the spool of the pulling hoist, and the hand rope end is fixed to the UAV body frame. n EFFECT: this system is designed so that it can exercise watch under control of the ground controller of the given region and broadcast the received information to the ground in order to submit it to the operator. n 4 cl, 2 dwg |
