titleOfInvention Method for treating infantine bones when producing anatomical preparation
abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method involves taking material sample from dead body. Mechanical cleaning is carried out from muscles and adjacent tissues. Maceration is carried out with caustic soda at 40-45°C during 2 days. The bone is washed in warm running water and cleared from adjacent residual tissues. The material is placed into 5% hydrogen peroxide solution for 3 days And thoroughly washed in running water. The material is treated with solutions of the following composition. Solution No1 has ethyl alcohol 1000.0 ml, potassium acetate 300.0 g, glycerol 500.0 ml. It is used during 3-5 days. Solution No2 has distilled glycerol and 96% ethyl alcohol taken in 1:1 proportion with 7 days long exposure time. n EFFECT: prevented bone destruction; retained natural color and consistency. n 4 dwg
