titleOfInvention Method for suturing body tissue
abstract FIELD: medicine, surgery. n SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with connecting and fixing a close wound. It is necessary to apply the suture supplied with teeth that has got the first and the second sharpened distal ends. Teeth on the first part of the tendon located between the first end of the suture and the first location on the tendon are designed so to have the chance to shift the suture through tissue towards the movement of the first end, and prevent the shift of the suture against tissue in direction being opposite against the direction of the first end. Teeth on the second part of the tendon located between the second end of the suture and the second location upon the tendon are designed with the possibility to shift the suture through tissue towards the movement of the second end and prevent the shift of the suture against tissue in direction being opposite against the movement of the second end. One should introduce the first end of suture to force it through the tissue to be withdrawn outwards till the moment when the second location to be in the site of the puncture in of the first end of the suture. The first end should be punctured in, forced through the tissue to be withdrawn outwards. The second end of the suture should be punctured into the tissue, forced through it to be withdrawn till the moment when the second axial location to be in the site of the puncture in of the second end of the suture. The second end should be punctured in, forced and withdrawn. The innovation enables to increase the strength of the suture to the rupture and accelerate wound healing. n EFFECT: higher efficiency of wound healing. n 27 cl, 27 dwg
