abstract FIELD: medicine, obstetrics. n SUBSTANCE: in female peripheral venous blood at intrauterine infectioning, in the second trimester of pregnancy it is necessary to detect the concentration of MMP-1, MMP-3, antibodies to cardiolipin of IgG class, C-reactive protein, CPK Cor CK to calculate discriminant function (Y) by the following formula: Y=125-7.5×A-7.7×B-36.2×C-0.8×D-0.2×E, where A - the value of MMP-1 (ng/mL); B - the value of MMP-3 (ng/mL); C - the value of C-reactive protein (mg/dL); D - the value of antibody to cardiolipin of IgG class (GPL U/ml); E - the value of CPK Cor CK (U/l). In case of Y<0 one should diagnose minor abnormalities in the development of fetal heart at accuracy being 92.0%, specificity being 100%, sensitivity being 85.7%.
