abstract | FIELD: food industry. n SUBSTANCE: the present innovation refers to the technology for preparing fresh citrus fruit for storage for their subsequent usage in cosmic nutrition. The inspected citrus fruit at the preset mode parameters should be washed in drinking water to be successively kept in the solution of potassium permanganate based upon sterilized distilled water and that of citric acid and in the suspension of preparation obtained out of Pythium gracile micromycete biomass according to the preset technique, cover fruit stem and adjacent surface with medicinal glue followed by the impact of ultraviolet irradiation. Then one should pack them by the piece under aseptic conditions into cigarette paper to put into polymer trays to form a single layer. The innovation provides the chance to deliver citrus fruit to a space object followed by storing them for 45 d and applying in cosmic nutrition. n EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
