abstract | FIELD: medicine, plastic and reconstructive ORL-surgery. n SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with dissecting ala nasi at nasal bottom from the side of cicatricial alterations, dissecting the latter followed by compensating the defect. Moreover, one should totally dissect ala nasi, mobilize it upwards at rotation for about 80-90°, and the defect should be compensated with mucosal flap out of oral cavity vestibule, which should be cut in defect-adjacent area according to its size. One should fulfill the incision at the bottom of nasal cavity vestibule to withdraw a flap through it and locate the latter on the defect to be fixed towards wound's edges. The present innovation enables to remove high percentage of relapses of cicatricial deformation and obtain stable functional and cosmetic result. n EFFECT: higher efficiency. n 1 ex |
