abstract FIELD: non-destructive control of oil and gas pipelines, may be used to determine the distance passed by in-pipe flaw detection implement. n SUBSTANCE: device for determining distance passed by in-pipe flaw detection implement contains cylindrical hermetic container also being magnetic conductor, constant magnet poles positioned on the latter in frontal and back sections, between these poles - magnetic conductor brushes, conductors of which are oriented along radial directions of cylindrical container, and supporting elements in form of elastic collars with wheels, mounted outside the boundaries of magnet poles, concentric row of fins with cover plates, positioned along the circle of cylindrical container, cover plates being positioned between poles of constant magnet, and in each fin a hermetically flaw detecting sensor is installed, meant for measuring induction of pipeline magnetic field, with current-conductive conductors, inside the container an electronics block is positioned, containing registration equipment, and also block of electric power supplies, in back section of container wheel odometers are positioned, while introduced also are matrices of magneto-sensitive sensors, micro-assemblies of their electronics, introduced additionally to composition of electronics block are multiplexer, analog-digital converter, computer and flash memory, where each matrix is combined with corresponding flaw detection sensor, integrated into a fin, while an individual matrix is positioned in such a way, that its plane is perpendicular to radius of cylindrical container, and three magnetic sensitivity axes of each magneto-sensitive sensor are positioned in such a way, that one is directed along the container radius, second one - along the longitudinal axis of container, and third one - tangentially to the circle, in which the fins are positioned, where each fin is made of polyurethane which pressurizes the matrix of magneto-sensitive sensors together with micro-assembly of electronics and current-conductive conductors, and also outputs of each magneto-sensitive sensor are connected through electronics micro-assembly to corresponding inputs of multiplexer, outputs of which through analog-digital converter are connected to inputs of computer, and outputs of computer meant for producing information in accordance to algorithms for determining distance passed by in-pipe flaw detection implement, are connected to inputs of flash memory, meant for recording information during operation time of in-pipe flaw detection implement, and its outputs are outputs of electronics block and device as a whole. n EFFECT: increased precision when determining distance passed by in-tube flaw detection implement. n 7 dwg
