abstract FIELD: analytical methods in biochemistry. n SUBSTANCE: microdiagnosticum useful in analysis of biological fluid is made in the form of at least one nano- or micro-size capsule having multilayer semitransparent polyelectrolyte shell, wherein enzyme, for which substance being analyzed is substrate or inhibitor, or activator, is encapsulated. Method of enzymatic determination of concentration of a substance in biological fluid with the aid of microdiagnosticum comprises adding thereof to the fluid and determining concentration of the substance from amount of product of reaction catalyzed by enzyme of microdiagnosticum or from change in microdiagnosticum enzyme activity no matter the substance being substrate, inhibitor or activator of enzyme. n EFFECT: enabled analysis of intact biological fluids without removing proteases as well as enabled use of simple and accessible analytical techniques, in particular ones based on sedimentation of microdiagnosticum. n 13 cl, 10 cl, 1 tbl, 5 ex
