abstract | FIELD: analytical methods in biochemistry. n SUBSTANCE: microdiagnosticum useful in analysis of biological fluid is made in the form of at least one nano- or micro-size capsule having multilayer semitransparent polyelectrolyte shell, wherein enzyme, for which substance being analyzed is substrate or inhibitor, or activator, is encapsulated.
