FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with affecting water with phase-modulated electromagnetic field for 20 sec, not less at intensity ranged 0.003-5 A/m, carrying frequency ranged 0.001-10 MHz, modulating frequency ranged 1-300 Hz.
