Psychotherapy training involves applying autogenous training, relaxation, meditation and image visualization methods. Theoretical education course is 30-50 min long. Additional information materials are introduced into the theoretical education course for improving adaptation to social and domestic life conditions with video materials being used. Practical part duration is increased to 90 min and enhanced with psychological correction associated with group training exercises providing obligatory psychologist participation. 10 group exercises are given. Psychotherapy training is carried out with Babak music compositions like Rain light, Sea, Color words, Life journeys.
