abstract FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out cerebral trephination in hematoma position projection. Then, catheter is set into hematoma cavity. Additional catheter of lesser diameter is set through opening in the main catheter. Fibrinolytic agent is introduced via the additional catheter. Main mass of the hematoma being lysed and lysed blood being sucked off, the additional catheter is removed.
