titleOfInvention Method for stripping of fabrications and device for its realization
abstract FIELD: salvaging of projectiles, in which infusible and insoluble explosives containing hexogen are used. n SUBSTANCE: the inner cavity of the body of the fabrication to be stripped is filled with working fluid, and the defragmentation of the explosive is accomplished by an ultrasonic vibrating tool. Freons, silicone fluids, liquid paraffins are used as working fluid. The ultrasonic vibrating tool is moved in the axial and radial directions, thus defragmenting the explosive in layers. The device for stripping has a fabrication rotating mechanism and a radial rocking mechanism of the ultrasonic vibrating tool. The device is provided with a mechanism for separation of the explosive and working fluid and charging of the bodies of elongated charges with the obtained mixture. n EFFECT: provided production of pure empty bodies of fabrications and elongated charges filled with a hexagen-containing retarded mixture that are safe in use. n 6 cl, 3 dwg
